loveologies: alejandra-perez: loveologies: fuckyeahtattoos: First tattoo.  A few minutes after it was done.  It’s a tribal lily, done in purple bc it’s my birthstone.  The heart represents love, of course.  And it says “La Bella Vita” (French) translating to “The Beautiful Life”.  My mom is French.  She has the same tattoo by her ankle. yeah i know everybody else said it but LA BELLA VITA is DEFINITELY italian. who wouldn’t be certain of a language? La Vie Belle is the french translation. yeah, her mom can’t be THAT french if she doesn’t even know the correct french translation of ‘life is beautiful.’  i mean, no harm done because it still means the same thing in italian, and nothing’s misspelled or anything. At least taking French class paid off for me, and at least I know that the descriptive comes out after the noun. Maybe it’s different for Italian. I feel kinda bad for this girl, she really liked her tat to post it and you and me and a million other brilliant people tore her an asshole. Oh Vel.
